Construction Material Sales Representative
Requirements
- Prepared to enter construction site and able to handle high level of stress
- Posses experience in selling construction materials.
- Willing to travel and prepared to work in other states
- Training Provided
- Possess Own Transport (recommended)

- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
- Answer customers’ questions about products, prices, availability, product uses and credit terms.
- Quote prices, credit terms and other bid specifications.
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers’ needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements.
- Explore and develop new market for the company’s product.
- Achieve sales target.
- Promote and persuade existing customers to increase orders on products
- Service existing account, obtain orders and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales market.
- Provide feedback response from customers and compile report for sales related activities and market information to management.
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers.
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports such as daily call reports and weekly sales reports.
- Delivery settlement process to customer.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Follow up payment from customer.
